BIODHY® HW-7
Biological preparation which concentrates micro-organisms, a grease-remover and activators.
It is a solution 100% biological, not poison, non flammable and which does not generate any V.O.C. (Volatile Organic Compounds).
The Micro-organisms selected in the composition of BIODHY HW-7 are of Class I according to standard NFX42-040 of the E.F.B. (European Federation of Biotechnologies)
ADVANTAGES of a BIOLOGICAL station of washing:
- It is not necessary to accumulate the residues in containers for their posterior withdrawal.
- Ecological product, NO handling risk.
- It is not necessary to renovate the product but only to add one 5% of total volume each month.

DEFINITIONS of the different existing products
Bio-solvents:
Products obtained from the refining of various plants like Soya or citric peels (Are low risks but some can be dangerous and flammable).
Mineral solvents:
Organic substances obtained from the oil refining, they are solvents based on aromatic, oxygenated and chlorinated hydrocarbons. Their use is forbidden because of their very high COV (Volatile Organic compound) production.
Bio-remediation:
Products in liquid solution, ecological 100%, they are composed of living micro-organisms and are employed for the cleaning of parts on water base. IDEAL for the parts cleaning in automotion. They have the advantage of eliminating by degradation the dangerous residue in the washing station avoiding any posterior management . 100% ECOLOGICAL
